In the Netherlands, Byron Bay Suncare is available at Etos and various surf and beach shops. You can also order the products online via our webshop, and they will be delivered to your home.

No, at Byron Bay Suncare, we are committed to producing our products ethically, following the regulations of the European Union. Therefore, all our safety and efficacy tests are conducted on human volunteers, in accordance
with strict industry standards and EU guidelines. No animal testing is conducted or contracted for our products. Additionally, our products are vegan.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@caresse-cosmetics.nl to discuss the options. Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days after placement. Shipping is handled by GLS, and delivery times may vary by country.

Can I return the order?

You are welcome to return the product within 14 days of receiving it (the product must be unused). You can do this by sending an email to info@caresse-cosmetics.nl. Once you have received confirmation from us, you must return the product within 14 days. Upon receiving the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 working days. The cost of return shipping is at your expense.
